Delivery includes preparation, assembly and set-up of merchandise to one address. Prior to our arrival, please prepare your room for where the new furniture will be placed. Remove fragile items, artwork, accessories and rugs to prevent damages. Move furniture and clear pathways to ensure passable access for our delivery team. Upon prearranged request, Kettle River Furniture will remove and dispose of old mattresses and furniture. Our delivery teams are restricted from moving any electronic equipment and mounting items on the structure of the customer’s residence. Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 yrs or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

Please allow 6 -12 weeks for delivery on special order products. Shipping dates are estimated and factory delays are beyond our control. Kettle River Furniture will contact you to setup delivery as soon as the product arrives.
Furniture Pick Up
All merchandise for customer pick-up must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. To schedule a pick up, contact us at (618) 656-5111.
Kettle River Furniture employees will gladly assist in loading your furniture into your vehicle but will not be responsible for securing items to your vehicle. Please bring straps, ropes, and blankets to properly secure your merchandise.
Please inspect your merchandise before taking it home. No damage claims will be accepted after furniture leaves the warehouse.
