Do you have a low price guarantee?
Yes. We guarantee lower prices than any other local authorized dealer. If you find the identical product (size, quantity, brand, color, etc.) with the same services offered for less within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference upon verification.
The same is true for items that go on sale in our store. If you make a purchase and the same items goes on sale in the next 30 days, please bring in a copy of your receipt to receive a refund on the difference.
How do I check on my order status?
To check on your order status you can contact your sales associate at 618-656-5111 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name and sales order number and we will send you an update.
Can I pickup my furniture?
Yes. Please schedule pick-ups 24 hours in advance by calling 618-656-5111.
What types of payments do you accept?
Payments can me made by cash, personal check, money order, visa, mastercard, or discover. Special financing can also be arranged through Wells Fargo with approved credit.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of in stock items due to color, comfort, or quality of your order within three (3) days of delivery, Kettle River Furniture will allow you to reselect or cancel your purchase, excluding special orders and bedding.
Special Orders are items manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that Kettle River Furniture keeps in stock, absolutely NO refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be given.
No returns on bedding and/or bedding related items (pillows, mattress pads, sheets).
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns after three (3) days.
Refunds will be processed ten (10) days after the return of your cancelled merchandise.
